Great App to find available properties and very easy to use. However, when it comes to arranging viewings for the homes it's next to impossible. I have reached out to schedule viewings for numerous properties and am still waiting for a response over two weeks later. So, great for seeing what's out there but I definitely would suggest having your own realtor connect with the properties and arrange viewings.

Requires too much information (phone#, email) when only one of those is necessary if at all.. Also, very misleading. No where in the app or the google play description does it say it only lists properties in a very small area of Canada is of no use to those of us do not live in Markham. Why is that extremely relevant information with held? Probably because the developer is simply a reseller of phone#s & emails. Not impressed, very trollish.

One of the most recent Real estate app I used to check out some house for me cousin sister in Canada. I have to say I am very much impressed after using the app. Especially the features the app owns makes it so damn eays to pin down my home search and get in and out details about the house. The best part is the inchat app feature that lets me and my cousin to discuss about the homes within the app and not loose track of it after few days. the mortgage calculator is looks promising too!

This app is everything a client needs except scheduling for visiting. The chat with the expert feature is not working, and sometimes your request for chat declines !!! Overall, it is an excellent app, I can't give it less than 5 stars. However, still need improvement.Thank you

Be wary of unsolicited phone calls. I just got the app to get a sense of how I'll never be able to actually pay off a mortgage in my lifetime, and I get an unprompted phone call from these people during my working hours. The last thing I need is a spineless realtor trying to scalp me of whatever my credit score has to offer by interrupting my time at work.

This app will give out your information. I have been getting spam calls constantly. I decided to answer one that was labelled suspected spam and the man on the other end said he got my information in order to get me to sign up with an affiliated relator. He said they are not from the app but the app gave out my number to them. I just told him to take me off the list but this is a bit ridiculous for an app that is not really user friendly nor does it show the most current information.

The app would be so much better if it didn't ask for my phone number and make me agree to get marketing calls. And it's annoying that there are no houses listed outside of Ontario.
